Liberty has been recognised with six medals in the annual survey of Australian and New Zealand brokers
In the annual survey, brokers ranked 10 insurers across 11 different categories – awarding gold, silver, and bronze medals for first- through third-place achievements.

Liberty was awarded six medals in the 2025 survey across the following categories:
- Silver overall for insurer of the year
- Gold for claims turnaround time
- Gold for new business turnaround time
- Gold for BDM support
- Silver for brand recognition
- Silver for broker communication, training and development
