The accolade reflects broker feedback gathered during a 15-week research process conducted by Insurance Business Australia. The research team interviewed specialist brokers and surveyed thousands more to assess insurers on the attributes brokers value most in cyber cover. The best performing carriers in the market were evaluated across coverage, flexibility, claims handling, pricing and the overall strength of the products offered.
Liberty understands what our brokers need from their cyber insurers and we’re continually improving our product offering by expanding our loss control, risk engineering and claims services as well as ongoing innovation of policy coverage.
We know that incident response is important for our cyber policy holders, that’s why Liberty launched our CyberResponse app last year for cyber policy holders. It’s one of three ways for policy holders to access Liberty’s claims during a cyber incident.
