We’re rapidly growing, and to continue delivering a leading claims service we’ve promoted Rob Mercer into a new position as Deputy Head of Claims for Asia Pacific.
Rob is well known for his leadership of our Professional and Financial lines claims, and is relied on to navigate highly complex losses. Rob will continue to lead this team as well as a broader suite of our products and services.
In May 2020 we also revamped our Claims + service, our tailored value-add claims services available to all clients at pre-placement, post-placement, and post-loss stages.
